Service Agreement:

　　1. Prepaid prices do not include destination customs duties. If the recipient refuses to pay the duties, the sender will be responsible. Collect-on-delivery prices are subject to separate negotiation.

　　2. Loss of goods will be compensated in accordance with national express delivery laws.

　　3. The company shall not be liable for compensation in the following cases:

　　(1) Damage to fragile items caused by the sender's packaging;

　　(2) Claims for loss or damage made after the recipient has signed for and sealed the goods;

　　(3) Loss or delay caused by factors such as incomplete addresses, flight scheduling, customs reasons, airport equipment or ground handling errors;

　　(4) Loss, damage, or delay caused by typhoons, tsunamis, earthquakes, fires, natural disasters, terrorist activities, wars, or other natural disasters and force majeure factors;

　　(5) Shortage or loss of items due to failure to specify the contents, quantity, and value of the goods at the time of dispatch;

　　(6) Customs clearance delays or confiscation by customs due to failure to provide a correct and complete proforma invoice at the time of dispatch;

　　(7) Detention, return, or delay caused by the recipient's refusal to cooperate with foreign customs inspections, formal declarations, requests for certificates of origin, payment of duties, or personal identification;

　　(8) To protect your rights, please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Once you place an order, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this service agreement. For tracking inquiries, please submit within twenty days from the date of dispatch; overdue

　　inquiries will not be accepted;
